Imitation/Modeling is the most important way of learning for young children. All our staff/teachers not just have the California State preschool teaching qualification, but also present a good role model for our children. Their love for teaching and passion about working with young children are shown on their daily interaction with the children.  Our staff/teachers are encouraged to constantly reflect on their own behaviors according to the ten important virtues recommended by Dr. Thomas Lichona.

In addition to our capable and dedicated teachers, the curriculum of FEEC is the shared efforts of  a professional education team, including STEM, Orff, and Character Education experts. Our curriculum supervisor holds a doctor degree in education from the Columbia University, Teachers College.
